yes...you have not done any mistake.. no need to apologize.. it is all just ok....the most appropriate answer will be 'Chemist'..now you are given another assignment in which you are required to find out as many words as you can .....what do we call a person who......?? For example, what do we call a person who study physics? Botany? aniamls? computer? planet? and so on...Good luck and Thank you.
