Laksa Penang

The most important food in Malaysia is Laksa. It is not really a part of Malaysia culture

but it is famous in certain country like Johor, Penang, Kedah. The famous laksa is Laksa Penang. People can eat laksa at anytime but they usually have it at tea time. They make the laksa using fishes, 'belacan', dry chili, onion, and salt. Then, they serve the laksa with egg, salad, cucumber, onion, bird eyes chillies. They easy to find at night market, restaurants, and stalls. It is very delicious.
