Famous food in Negeri Sembilan

The most important food in Negeri Sembilan is Masak Lemak Chili Api. I don't know what we call this food in English. It food is very famous at there. If you want to come or visit Negeri Sembilan mostly you can get it. This food is hot as chillies or spicy and yellow colour. This food make with coconut milk and very delicious when eat it. We can make it with duck egg, chicken, meat, crab and prawn. Many kinds you can make this food but the mostly famous is Masak Lemak Chili Api with duck egg. Negeri Sembilan people mostly eat this food at Hari Raya or a feast. Every feast in there, this food must have in any festival at Negeri Sembilan. Nowadays, this food already famous in Malaysia and not just Negeri Sembilan people can eat this food but all Malaysian people can accept an eat this food. The gulai must be yellowish in colour, thick milky gravy, milky, spicy, very light sourish and tangy taste. It is we can be call gulai. By the way masak lemak chili api can call gulai chili api. It is same also.
